Yeps & Triune Health Group v. Illinois Dept. of Insurance, Illinois Circuit Court (DuPage County, Wheaton Division, Case No. 2012 CH 005575

In the above-refenced federal and state court cases, attorneys for the Jubilee Campaign’s Law of Life Project, on behalf of the devout Roman Catholic owners of the Triune Health Group, have filed separate actions to enjoin the enforcement against them of the federal law requiring them to provide group health insurance coverage contraception, abortion, sterilization, as well as the Illinois state law requiring them to provide such insurance for contraception. On January 3, 2013, the federal court enjoined the fedral law pending further litigation. On Janaury 15, 2013, the state court enjoined the stat law pending further litigation.
